Fully OFQUAL accredited and designed for beginners, this complete beauty therapy course provides a strong foundation in essential beauty treatments and advanced techniques, ensuring you graduate as a highly skilled, employment-ready beauty therapist in just 6 months.
At our beauty training academy, learners also benefit from real-world work experience, where they’ll practice on clients in a professional environment, gaining the confidence and expertise needed to thrive in the competitive beauty industry.
The unique streamlined training combines Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
Key areas of study include:
- Level 2 Treatments: Master essential skills in facials, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow treatments, and waxing techniques.
- Level 3 Advanced Techniques: Specialise in facial and body electrotherapy, microdermabrasion, body massage, and Indian head massage.

This ultimate beauty therapy training course is taught at our sister school, The London School of Beauty, another popular and long-running beauty school in the heart of London. Location: 18-19 Long Lane, First floor, London EC1A 9PL. The structure and standards of the course at LSB will remain the same as if you were at Ray Cochrane.
To obtain VTCT Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma, you will need to complete the following units:
- Health and safety practice in the salon
- Client care and communication in beauty-related industries
- Display stock to promote sales in a salon
- Provide Facial Skincare
- Provide Eyelash and eyebrow treatments
- Eyelash Perming/Lift
- Facial electrotherapy treatments (Vacuum Suction/ High Frequency/Galvanic/ Faradic/ Micro Current)
- Apply microdermabrasion
- Body massage
- Indian Head Massage
- Electrical Body Treatments (Vacuum Suction/ High Frequency/ Galvanic/ Faradic/G5)
- Remove hair using waxing techniques
- Provide Manicure treatments

FAQs
How will I be assessed during this fast track combi course?
Assessment is continuous and consists of practical assessment, oral questions and MCQ tests, homework.
You will provide evidence to determine whether you have reached a level of competence. Written assessment papers will provide further evidence of your knowledge and understanding of the subject.
The collation of the assessments will be contained in a portfolio which will contain all document feedback sheets, written assessments/projects/assignments.
What qualification will I get after the Level 2 and 3 beauty therapy fast track combi course?Upon completion of this course, you will receive a VTCT Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma, accredited by OFQUAL and recognised by the beauty industry worldwide, insurance providers, and local councils.

What is the VTCT Level 2 and 3 combi beauty course schedule?This course is held 2 to 3 days per week for 6 months.
During the first 3 months, it is held 2 days per week on Monday and Tuesday, and during the second 3 months, it is held 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
One day per week is arranged for Practice & Assessment on real customers in the School’s Student Beauty Salon. The class hours are from 10 am to 5 pm, and the salon hours are from 9:30/11:00 am to 6:00/7:30 pm.
What is our class size?Our class size is small, with a maximum of 14 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our experienced tutors during practical assessments.
