Eleonora Androva is Education Director and a tutor at Ray Cochrane Beauty Aesthetics Academy. With over 14 years of experience, she combines her work in education with managing the skin clinic Dermacure.

She has helped develop the academy’s advanced aesthetics training and teaches the Level 5 Certificate in Non-surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation. On YouTube, she shares course guidance through Ray Cochrane Academy and skincare and treatment insights through Dermacure.

Maria is a CIDESCO-qualified advanced aesthetician with 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and medical led skin clinics. In her career, she has been working as an injector alongside medical professionals, dermatologists and doctors performing advanced aesthetics treatments such as Mesotherapy and fillers. Her passion for helping others shines through in her work, whether boosting a client’s confidence with a new look or making them feel pampered. As a tutor, Maria is dedicated to inspiring interest in beautician training and sharing valuable insights to help students navigate their career paths smoothly and enjoyably.

Vishani is a passionate and dedicated beauty professional with over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, spanning hands-on treatments, education and management. Throughout her career, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise, alongside a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

With a genuine passion for education, Vishani brings her industry experience into the classroom, creating a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment. Her excellent communication skills and approachable teaching style allow her to build strong relationships with students, helping them develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Rhona is a highly experienced beauty professional and educator with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and 20 years dedicated to teaching and supporting aspiring beauty therapists. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive practical and management experience, progressing from working as a beauty therapist in a salon environment to undertaking a management role within a college salon.

Rhona holds Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ qualifications in Beauty Therapy, alongside a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector. She also holds a Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Achievement and a Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (IQA), demonstrating her expertise in education, assessment and maintaining high standards of vocational training.

With her wealth of industry knowledge and extensive teaching experience, Rhona brings valuable practical insight into the classroom. She is committed to sharing her expertise with students, supporting them in developing their skills, building confidence and achieving the professional standards needed for a successful career in the beauty industry.

Krisztina brings over 25 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry to her role as a tutor for our beauty therapy courses. Specialising in cosmetic science and aesthetics, including laser and IPL treatments, she ensures comprehensive education for her students. As a Lead IQA and external examiner, Krisztina works with renowned award bodies like VTCT, CIBTAC, and CIDESCO, upholding high educational standards across the UK and internationally.

With five years of dedication to our Academy, Stella is the friendly face at our reception, offering valuable insights into our courses and programs. Her deep understanding of our institution and exceptional people skills make her an invaluable resource for current and prospective students. Scott Francis Vanstone brings nearly 10 years of customer service experience to his role as Course Enrolment Executive. With a strong dedication to assisting students, Scott ensures a seamless enrolment process and provides valuable support throughout their educational journey.

Xubin Yuan, our School Director since 2014, is a meticulous chartered accountant known for his commitment to excellence. He co-founded the successful Premier Laser Clinic chain, opening six clinics. Xubin actively contributes to the school’s daily operations.
