What are the entry requirements?
• Learners are required to hold a Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy, an access to aesthetics qualification, or an equivalent. Other acceptable qualifications include Level 2 facial, Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology, and health and safety.
• Students must be aged 18 and over and speak and understand English at a level that is sufficient to participate in the course.

What qualification do you need to offer plasma pen?
You will need a Level 3 Beauty qualification and an accredited plasma pen training certificate to deliver plasma pen treatment.
Due to the current UK Government’s proposed licencing scheme, we highly recommend that you have an OFQUAL Regulated VTCT Level 4 Qualification in Fibroblast Plasma Pen. Not only will that ensure you are covered when the changes come into place, but the level 4 qualification will also allow you to get insurance coverage for your business.
What can I do after the Level 4 Plasma Pen qualification?The primary purpose of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment or self-employment
in the beauty aesthetic industry providing plasma pen treatments. Additionally, learners may choose to further develop their knowledge and skills by completing additional specialist qualifications at Level 4 or 5.What is VTCT?
