Ray Cochrane COVID Update

Dear Students,

We hope as usual that you are well and in good health. As you might be aware that as of the 19th July 2021, government guidelines and advice in regards to masks and other restrictions have eased.

We wanted to reach out and inform you of how the team at Ray Cochrane will be proceeding. As always our main priority is the health and wellbeing of our students and staff alike which is why we will continue to implement masks being worn during practical lessons. As with the majority of the beauty industry, we will leave it up to your discretion if you choose to wear visors and face shields during close contact treatments. We do encourage you, however, to keep your mask on when travelling around the building and classrooms.

The Ray Cochrane Beauty School will also keep students to their class bubbles, PPE is to be continued to be worn during practical sessions. We will also be continuing the COVID declaration forms and temperature checks to maintain the safety measures we already have in place.

As always, if a student develops any COVID-19 symptoms or is concerned about any symptoms. If you have been told to self-isolate from the Government’s Track and Trace app or has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms, please can they contact the School Administration Office on 0203 856 8886 or email email@raycochrane.co.uk immediately.

We hope you understand it is with safeguarding our pupils and staff being of the utmost importance that we are moving forward with this decision.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the administration staff in the school office or myself.

Kind Regards,

Xubin Yuan

School Director
