The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies is a direct foundation route for learners without a previous beauty qualification. Its purpose is to develop the skincare, consultation, anatomy, pathology, electrical science and safety knowledge required for progression into suitable Level 4 training.
This qualification is complete and valid in its own right. If you also want practical training on professional Facial Electrotherapy machines, the combined Level 3 course includes this Access qualification plus the separate VTCT Level 3 Award in Facial Electrotherapy.
This course has been designed for individuals without prior beauty or aesthetics qualifications, offering a structured pathway to our VTCT Level 4 Aesthetics Course or Level 4 Laser Hair Removal and IPL training. After completing an accepted Level 4 qualification, you can progress to our VTCT Level 5 Aesthetics Course for advanced non-surgical skin rejuvenation.
