We, at Ray Cochrane, hope this post finds you well.
As you might be aware, following the Education Secretary’s announcement on the evening of the 30th December 2020. Our beauty school will not be reopening until Monday the 18th of January 2021.
This announcement is terrible news for us all, however, we understand that we all have a part to play in reducing the spread in our communities and are tied by the government restrictions.
For students whose courses are already underway, we are assessing each course individually based on the government guidelines. We are also working hard where possible to move course materials online. Course groups will receive an email shortly that will inform you of the new return dates and more relevant information.
New students who were due to start a course before the 18th of January. These courses are currently being rescheduled to follow the new guidelines, so please check back to your relevant course page on the website for the new dates.
When students return, we want you to know that the staff at Ray Cochrane are committed to ensuring our students, staff and visitors safety. We have adapted our classrooms following the governments and VTCT guidance to make sure that we are not contributing to the spread of the virus. Students are also expected to wear the correct PPE at all times around the building and during lessons. Practical lessons will still require you to provide face masks and visors.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on 02038568886 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our helpful staff will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Despite the challenges, we would like to wish you all a Happy New year and look forward to opening our doors again on the 18th January 2021.
